Many donations were received in the form of cash, items, toys, clothing, etc. from MX5 Members as well as non-members, (friends, families, companies, etc.)
A HUGE thank you to all of you who have contributed towards this run. This is highly appreciated.
You opened your hearts to this cause, and it is highly appreciated.
Upon arrival, the members whom attended this run, greeted the children and we went to the back yard where cold drinks were served. The gifts/donations were then brought into the kitchen and Granny expressed her gratitude as the Home is completely reliant on donations.. The delight was visible on the children's faces.
After the children enjoyed their sponsored pizza, the members offered to take the kids that might be interested, around the block in the MX5’s. Oh, what fun! The children really enjoyed this!
On behalf of all Granny and the Children, we thank each and everyone for their contribution.
It most definitely made a difference!
